Advisor, Youth Programs and Initiatives (Brampton)

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Provide expertise in youth outreach and engagement, reporting and analysis, and stakeholder outreach. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a project from inception to execution, including the development and management of key initiatives under the City’s 2026–2030 Youth Engagement Strategy, with a focus on supporting the coordination, development, and sustainability of the Brampton Youth Cabinet. This is accomplished by supporting and coordinating the administration and implementation of the Youth Engagement Strategy with inter-governmental and multi-sectorial partnerships with educational institutions, community groups, and others to develop and sustain youth skill development, civic leadership, training, and employment opportunities.
