Job Description
For this reason, we are looking for a Senior Analyst with at least 5 to 8 years of experience performing similar duties to join our Advisory & Business Development Team in Madrid. Thus, we encourage you to apply and become part of this great team.
What will you do on a day-to-day basis?
- Perform legal and debtor due diligence on NPL and distressed debt portfolios.
- Review legal documentation related to debtors, collateral, guarantees, insolvency, foreclosure, litigation, and restructuring processes.
- Support underwriting and valuation processes through legal , recovery, and cash flow analysis.
- Identify legal risks , procedural issues, and recovery opportunities within portfolios.
- Analyze KPIs, recovery assumptions, and expected cash flows to support investment decisions.
