Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of products or services that meet or exceed customer expectations consistently.
• Lead the Quality Control and Assurance team.
• Ensure compliance of the Quality Management System with all relevant external certifications (ISO) and perform internal audits to maintain alignment with QMS.
• Assess, simplify, and sustainably improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System to enhance products, services, processes, and technologies.
• Serve as the point of reference for all company areas to develop a culture aimed at total quality and continuous improvement.
• Lead the implementation and development of internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards. <...
