Aerospace Senior Trainer

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and update lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and learning checks.
- Support overall training program planning and module coverage.
- Ensure all teaching material meets EASA Part‑66/147 and national authority standards.
- Deliver module‑based theoretical training for Part‑66 B1 and/or B2.
- Conduct hands‑on training in tooling, maintenance practices, safety, and workmanship.
- Guide students through required practical tasks and skill assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of practical training and task completion.
- Promote strong safety practices within the training environment.
- Help develop procedures, templates, and standardized training documentation.
- Support creation and maintenance of instructor competence records.
