Affiliate Marketing Officer

Overview

The Affiliate Marketing Officer develops and manages partnerships with affiliates, influencers, and community leaders to promote our OFW loan products. This role reports to the Affiliate Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential affiliate partners. Create and manage commission structures, incentive programs, and exclusive promotions.
• Strategy & Campaigns: Execute data-driven campaigns to boost lead generation and conversion rates. Collaborate with marketing teams to create necessary promotional assets for affiliates.
• Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with partners, consistently monitor performance using affiliate tracking platforms, and prepare regular performance reports with key metrics and recommendations.
