Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
2. Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with affiliates, creators, influencers, and partner communities.
3. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze campaign results, and optimize for better ROI.
4. Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal activations with affiliates.
5. Track affiliate sales, commissions, and conversions using affiliate platforms and reporting tools.
6. Collaborate with the Marketing, E-commerce, and Creative teams to provide campaign assets and promotional materials.
7. Research affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and new partnership opportunities.
8. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
