A leading e-commerce platform in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Payment Operations Specialist to manage payment operational matters for its Affiliate Publisher Programs. Responsibilities include monitoring budget usage, working with the Finance team for reconciliations, and supporting affiliate marketing tasks. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in an operational role, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of affiliate marketing is a plus.
