Support transactions throughout their lifecycle: origination, underwriting, managing due diligence processes, negotiations of transaction documentation, and asset management, including follow-on acquisitions and exits
Actively monitor key performance indicators, property and financial performance, market conditions, servicing and administration of project draws/fundings
Proactively identify any potential credit/market risks as well as proposed solutions associated with portfolio investments
Support the preparation of investment memoranda to be presented to PIMCO investment committees
Build and enhance portfolio reporting, analytical activities, and stress testing
Contribute to thematic reviews and strategic research for investment theses
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution demonstrating strong academic credentials
