The After Sales In Dealership Trainer is responsible for facilitating service drive process training in dealerships along with coaching individual employee on the proper customer treatment .
The after sales trainer will be responsible for performance improvement for dealership service professionals and is a primary liaison between the corporation and dealership personnel.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Deliver training to over Service Advisers and + Service Managers at + dealerships
Deliver process training to designated dealerships
Initiate performance improvement at the dealership level to positively impact customer advocacy
Understand and effectively communicate Performance Academy content while displaying confidence in the curriculum
Communicate training schedule and logistical requirements to maximize efficiency and minimize expense
