Job Description

Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate maintenance complaints or reports from customers.

Coordinate with other departments.

Plan and manage customer requests on maintenance.

Preparation of reports, monthly performance analysis.
Qualifications :
Vocational qualification - Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical, electrical power or related field.

2-5 years or more with at least 2 years of experience in after-sales service.

Able to stay in the project or travel as assigned projects.

Able to use Microsoft office.

Knowledge of systems of high-rise buildings. will consider specially.

Able to communicate in English. will consider specially.
