Job Description
Job Title: Youth Development Coach - Elementary Schools.
Reports to: Senior Program Manager.
Job Type: Nonexempt and Part Time.
Salary: $21.25/Hour; Approximately 20 hours per week.
SUMMARY:
The Youth Development Coach will lead engaging academic and enrichment activities that foster the growth, well-being, and success of elementary school students from the 21 st Century Community Learning Centers (21C) after school program. This role is responsible for designing and delivering dynamic lesson plans aligned with the PowerPlay program model, integrating physical, social-emotional, and academic learning.
