Aftermarket & Projects Manager – Air Compressor Industry - Boksburg

Reports To: Managing Director

Purpose of the Role: The Aftermarket and Projects Manager is responsible for leading and growing the company's aftermarket business, including service operations, spare parts sales, maintenance contracts, repairs, service support to rentals, and customer support activities. The role focuses on maximizing customer uptime, driving revenue and profitability, improving customer satisfaction, and overseeing and growing the projects component of the aftermarket business.

Minimum requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering, Business Management, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 1015 years of experience in aftermarket, service, operations, or commercial management.
• Air compressor industry experience advantageous.
• Experience within industrial equipment, mining, construction, compressors, power generation, or related sectors preferred.
• Proven track record of growing aftermarket revenue and profitability.
