Afternoon Babysitter for Toddlers

We are seeking a responsible and nurturing babysitter to provide in-home care for our two children, a 3-year-old girl and a 1-year-old boy, in Oakland, CA. The position is for Thursday, July 2, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM. As a night shift nurse, I will be at home but sleeping, while my husband will leave for work at 5:30 PM.
Responsibilities include feeding the children and overseeing their general safety and well-being within the home. Both children will already be in bed, so no bedtime duties are required. Please note that a large, friendly dog is present in the home, though no additional pet care is necessary.
Ideal candidates will be patient, experienced in childcare for toddlers, and comfortable interacting with dogs. This is a non-driving position.
