We are strengthening our team in Customer Service at our location in Istanbul/Sultanbeyli.
About the team and role:

As the after-sales services department, we handle warranty operations, field operations, service network development, training, and technical support processes for ZF and its affiliated brands Lemförde, Wabco, TRW, and Sachs in Turkey and Azerbaijan.
What you can look forward to as Aftersales Services Engineer:
Deliver ongoing technical support to authorized service centres and OEM’s

Analyse technical reports from authorized services and OEMs, provide technical guidance to services in collaboration with internal technical support teams

Communicate with customers based on headquarters feedback and reports received
