Agency / Broker Manager

We are looking for a motivated Agency / Broker Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years' experience, preferably in a developer
• Knowledge of real estate industry is a must
• Proficient in English and Arabic

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers
• Conduct indoor and outdoor meetings with agency or broker partners
• Make and receive phone calls professionally
• Create and manage Excel reports
