Agency Marketing Manager, Global Business Marketing, CNOB

The Scaled Growth Agency Marketing team, a part of Global Business Marketing (GBM), partners closely with the Independent Agency Sales to drive growth and retention across our managed agency portfolio. This role focuses on agency expansion - helping existing agencies deepen their investment in TikTok and unlock new revenue opportunities through scalable marketing programs, and agency acquisition - bringing in new agencies into TikTok's advertising ecosystem. Chinese proficiency is required for this role as the geographical scope for this role is focused on China Outbound (CNOB) - partnering closely with agencies that work with outbound businesses based in China that are exclusively looking to grow their business globally.The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that will accelerate agency growth on TikTok, which includes driving advertiser penetration within existing agencies, enabling existing agencies to acquire new clients through TikTok-first programs,...
