Job Description
Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Call Center Agent to join the reservations department. The agent will provide first‑class service, act as an ambassador for the Four Seasons brand, and ensure guests’ needs are met in a pleasant manner.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls.
- Assist callers with their questions and requirements.
- Elevate guest inquiries to the appropriate departments or transfer information as needed.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a call center or similar role within a five‑star luxury environment (minimum one year preferred).
- Flexible schedule – willing to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
