Job Description

Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for a Call Center Agent to join the reservations department. The agent will provide first‑class service, act as an ambassador for the Four Seasons brand, and ensure guests’ needs are met in a pleasant manner.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls.
  • Assist callers with their questions and requirements.
  • Elevate guest inquiries to the appropriate departments or transfer information as needed.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a call center or similar role within a five‑star luxury environment (minimum one year preferred).
  • Flexible schedule – willing to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.
