Job Description
**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Agentic AI Application Developer** to join our team. This is a full-time remote opportunity.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Develop and deploy Agentic AI and Human-AI Teaming capabilities to support the AFCEC Cost Estimation PoC
+ Design and build AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex, multi-step tasks with minimal human intervention
+ Integrate AI models with real-world tools, external APIs, and sophisticated feedback loops
+ Transform manual, high-variability workflows into highly efficient, predictive, agent-driven capabilities
