**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily aggregates production operations to achieve safety, quality, and production targets.
+ Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with all safety, health, and environmental standards.
+ Optimize plant performance through effective planning, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Supervise, coach, and develop team members to build engagement and operational excellence.
+ Provide operational leadership support to the Jefferson Quarry as needed to ensure continuity and performance.
