About your role
As an Agile Coach, you will support our scaled agile transformation by working closely with teams to adopt agile principles and practices. You will focus on team-level coaching, facilitation, and helping teams improve delivery predictability and collaboration. You will assist in embedding agile ways of working, enabling transparency and continuous improvement. Your success will be measured by improved agile maturity, faster delivery cycles, and enhanced stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Primarily focused on enabling high-performing teams and improving delivery execution.

Partner with cross-functional teams to assess current ways of working and design strategies for agile adoption and continuous improvement.

Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams on agile principles, frameworks, and scaled agile practices....
