Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe. The Agile PM will facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, manage timelines and stakeholder expectations and ensure continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of Agile projects in alignment with business goals.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, scrum masters, developers, QA and stakeholders.
- Track project progress using Agile tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello) and report metrics such as velocity, burndown and team performance.
