Key Responsibilities - Business Setup – Identifying and establishing Dealership, empanelment, management & monitoring Conceptualisation of New schemes – Preparation of Product Notes, Presentations, liaising with partners, IT developments, implementation of products within desired timelines. Achievement of Business Targets (Sales + Collections) for Two-Wheeler and any other wheeled products that the company may enter into – proper planning of targets for the month & year, publishing of relevant MIS’s, ensuring income & expenditure according to budget. To manage the P&L of the 2W product – and ensuring adherence to the budgeted ROA. Regular Product Health check and identifying the drivers and draggers for smooth and sustained Business growth. To develop special products & programs based on market requirements in close co-ordination with Sales Team.
