Job Description
A growing seed and crop input company is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop grower relationships, increase sales, and provide agronomic support across an established territory.
This is a strong opportunity for someone with seed, agronomy, crop input, biologicals or farm relationship experience who wants to grow a territory and build long-term customer partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Sell seed products and related agronomic solutions to growers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and ag customers
- Develop territory plans to grow market share and increase revenue
- Provide product recommendations based on field conditions, yield goals, and grower needs
- Support plot days, field days, product training, and customer meetings
