As Manager of the AI Academy, you will establish and operate a trusted, structured mechanism for AI capability uplift — grounded in Responsible AI principles and aligned to Beca’s internal governance frameworks.You will design, maintain, and evolve a sequenced, multi-tier AI curriculum spanning foundational literacy through to advanced practitioner and leadership pathways.
