About the Role

We’re a growing freight forwarding company looking for a sharp, self-driven specialist to build and manage AI-powered automation for our internal and client communications.
You’ll own the end-to-end setup of intelligent workflows that handle email responses, follow-ups, and team/client messaging — saving our ops and documentation teams hours every week.
What You’ll Do
Build AI-driven email automation (drafting, routing, follow-ups) using tools like Claude, GPT, or similar LLMs Automate messaging workflows across channels (WhatsApp, Slack, email) Integrate automation with our existing systems (CRM, TMS, or similar) Maintain and improve workflows over time based on team feedback
