Ai Benchmark Engineer (Data Analysis)

Key Responsibilities: - Analyze healthcare datasets and generate actionable insights - Build interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel - Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis - Track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics - Ensure data quality, governance, and HIPAA compliance - Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders Required Skills: - Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Advanced Excel - Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau - Healthcare domain experience (EHR, EMR, Claims, Provider, or Patient Data) - Understanding of healthcare workflows and metrics - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred: - Experience working with large healthcare datasets - Exposure to healthcare reporting, claims analytics, or population health analytics
