Job Description
🔥 Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently manage end-to-end project delivery across four verticals — Web Development, Marketing, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and Social Media — owning scope, SOW, timelines, budgets, QA, and launch.
- Working with senior developers, designers, and clients to identify and document project scope, gathering business requirements, and assessing dependencies and risks.
- Build and maintain AI agents, automations, and custom tools using Claude Code, Codex, Claude Cowork, and n8n — not as a side project, but as core delivery infrastructure. If a process repeats, you automate it.
- Design and maintain a reusable library of Claude Skills and prompt assets for the entire delivery team. Your output is team leverage, not just personal hours.
