Overview
The MRJ team have engaged with a VERY exciting company at the forefront of the workforce technology industry as they embark on a new game-changing AI journey. This isn’t a greenfield “AI strategy” conversation. The foundations and vision is already in place. But we’re now looking for someone who can take ownership of what comes next: extending capability, building tools, integrating systems, and exploring what AI can unlock across the wider platform.
We’re looking for the kind of AI Engineer whose ideas start with I wonder if we could... and usually end with a working prototype. Someone who enjoys building, experimenting and pushing beyond the obvious, turning AI from a feature into something genuinely useful. If your browser history is full of docs, repos, experiments and half-finished ideas you just had to test, you'll probably fit in well here.
