Responsibilities

AI Solution Delivery (Primary Focus)

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions, from proof-of-concept (POC) to production deployment
• Work hands‑on with platforms and related AI technologies
• Translate business use cases into practical, implementable AI solutions
• Ensure delivery quality, scalability, and operational readiness

Solution Architecture

• Design AI solutions integrated with enterprise systems (e.g. OSS/BSS, system integrations)
• Evaluate architectural trade‑offs and propose scalable, maintainable designs
• Contribute to the solution strategy and technical direction for AI initiatives

Technical Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, coach, and guide the AI team, particularly junior engineers
• Establish and reinforce best practices (e.g. CI/CD, code quality, d...
