At Dynatrace, writers architect the knowledge, curate the output, and serve as the final accuracy and experience quality gate. They build AI-first documentation: structured, governed information architecture managed by domain and content experts, with everything explicitly optimized for user experience and AI consumers alike.
In this role, you will:
+ Architect knowledge across complex, cross-domain product areas by defining content models, taxonomy, and lifecycle so the same source can serve human readers and AI consumers (copilots, search, support agents, LLMs).
