Position Overview:
- We are seeking an AI Integration & Automation Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation workflows, API-driven integrations, and AI-powered solutions across enterprise applications and IT systems.
- This role will focus on building scalable, secure, and efficient automation frameworks that reduce manual effort and enable predictive, self-healing IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Application & API Integrations:
- Develop and maintain API-based integrations between enterprise platforms such as Atlassian (Jira, Confluence), Freshservice, Workday, CRM systems, Genesys phone system , and other IT tools.
- Design middleware and microservices for seamless data exchange and process orchestration.
