Job Description
Parcel Perform is looking for a passionate AI Product Manager excited to shape and scale AI powered product capabilities. This role is ideal for a strong product thinker who understands customer problems deeply and is motivated to apply AI to solve them in a practical, impactful way. In this role, you will work across our suite of AI-powered logistics and e-commerce solutions, driving both customer-facing features and internal efficiency initiatives.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Recognize, understand and document market and customer needs, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance product value and customer experience.
- Identify and champion opportunities to apply AI to improve internal operational efficiency, in addition to building customer-facing features.
