- InRhythm is establishing a modern software engineering practice built around an AI-driven Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) methodology — spec-driven, agentic, and powered by Claude.
- As an AI Solution Architect, you will serve as the technical and delivery authority of an elite pod focused on accelerating feature delivery for an enterprise Java, Spring Boot, and Angular platform hosted on AWS. This is not a research role. It is a hands-on leadership position responsible for defining how AI agents integrate into the software delivery lifecycle and ensuring production-grade quality at every stage.
