AI Solutions Engineer (Corporate IS) (Sant Boi de Llobregat)

Job mission

We are looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to help turn AI concepts and prototypes into secure, scalable, and production‑ready solutions across Synthon. In this role, you will work closely with Data & AI Scientists, Data Engineers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to build, deploy, and integrate AI‑powered applications that create practical business value. You will play a key role in operationalizing machine learning and Generative AI solutions, including knowledge assistants, intelligent automation, RAG-based applications, and AI‑enabled business tools.
