What you'll do:
Oversee delegated portfolio management activities in line with AIFMD and CSSF Circular 18/698, including periodic due diligence and ongoing monitoring of investment advisors and portfolio managers.
Escalate material issues, breaches, or concerns to Conducting Officers and relevant committees.
Review and challenge investment proposals, transaction rationales, and execution processes prepared by delegates.
Ensure investment activities remain aligned with each fund’s investment strategy, risk profile, and governing documents.
Ensure compliance with AIFMD, CSSF circulars and internal AIFM policies and procedures.
Contribute to regulatory reporting and audits (CSSF, external auditors, depositaries) from a portfolio management perspective.
Coordinate day-to-day activities of portfolio officers within the team, ensuring workload prioritisation and continuity.
