Job Description
BOUND TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM
JAYAPURI SDN BHD (UPS COURIER)
- To liaise with Airlines / Co-loader / Shipping liner agents as well as International agents for shipment booking, arrangement, and movement (Import & Export)
- To communicate with internal team members and Departments to smoothen shipment movement and process
- Preparation of documents for Air and Sea freight export/import shipments
- Monitoring of import/export shipment movement (in all areas).
- Monitor and reply emails from local and international / shipping liners / co-loaders with regards to shipment status, or other inquiries related to assigned task.
- Updating and submission of daily report
- Filing of documentation after shipment closed
- Age: 30 to 38 years old
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Administration/Marketing/ Accountancy, BS. Customs Administration
