Air Freight Forwarder Agent

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Air Freight Forwarder Agent to join our growing logistics team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in air freight forwarding operations and be familiar with shipment coordination, airline bookings, customs documentation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import and export air freight shipments
• Prepare and review shipping documents including MAWB, HAWB, manifests, and customs paperwork
• Communicate with airlines, warehouses, trucking companies, and customs brokers
• Track shipments and provide status updates to customers
• Arrange cargo pickups and deliveries
• Ensure compliance with CBSA, airline, and international shipping regulations
• Resolve shipment issues and delays promptly
• Maintain accurate shipment records and data entry
