Air Freight Pricing & Procurement Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Understands the customer tender, drafting requirements of Key clients and performs/updates the tasks/steps in the system as illustrated without any supervision.
• Performs audits of work performed by Team member Sales.
• Performs transactional activities/supports activities including service information updates, surcharge updates, line creation and pricing in MARS like to Key clients.
• Performs system processing as per defined guidelines/standard operating procedures.
• Responds to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Highlights issues, if any, and requests corrective action from supervisor.
• Communicates with stakeholders regarding process issues if required.
• Makes recommendations and suggestions on how to improve processes and procedures.
