Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end air import shipments and cross-trade movements.
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding shipment status, delays, and solutions.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Track and monitor shipments from collection through to final delivery.
• Resolve client queries, shipment exceptions, and operational challenges efficiently.
• Monitor and manage customer KPIs and service performance.
• Support pricing, invoicing, and cost control processes.
• Assist with implementation and onboarding of new accounts.
