Air-launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) Production Chief Engineer

About the Role This position is for a Chief Engineering Senior Manager for the Air‐launched Rapid Response Weapon (ARRW) Low‐Rate Initial Production contract. The successful candidate will report to the ARRW portfolio chief engineer programmatically and work closely with the ARRW chief engineering staff and the broader ADSW Line of Business to ensure synergy across tasks and to communicate lessons learned. Key Responsibilities Provide technical leadership that enables the team to meet all ARRW production milestones on schedule. Develop and nurture a productive partnership with the USG customer, LM Aero, LM Space, and the global supply base. Guide IPT leads and cross‐functional teams in program planning, scheduling, execution of production start‐up activities, and critical life cycle reviews.
