Air & LCL Contract Management Specialist - Asia Pacific

Supports Air & LCL tender and contract management execution by preparing pricing inputs, documentation, and rate updates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to defined processes and timelines. The role assists in RFQ processing and Rate filing activities by coordinating with internal stakeholders and maintaining data quality in relevant systems.
Responsible for ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks and supporting basic reporting and documentation requirements within established procedures.

Prepare tender inputs, rate sheets, and quotation documentation.

Support execution of RFQ workflows.

Maintain and update Standard Rate Templates and Rate Filing systems.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency in pricing and filing activities.

Coordination with internal teams for information gathering.

Support reporting, tracking, and documentation of tender and Rate filing activities.
