Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support to assigned customers and overseas agents by handling sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air shipments.
- Coordinate air export bookings with airlines and co-loader agents.
- Follow up with clients and assist with air export billing, invoice verification, and resolving rate discrepancies.
- Liaise effectively with customers, sales teams, overseas agents, and internal operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
- Minimum GCE O Level qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team and with the air operations department.
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
