Aircraft Maintenance Operations Lead

AirAsia is seeking a Licensed Aircraft Engineer to oversee maintenance operations in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves ensuring aircraft serviceability and managing maintenance resources effectively. Ideal candidates have over 5 years of experience in aviation MRO processes and possess strong analytical and communication skills.

The position requires a degree in Aircraft Engineering or related fields, and experience with new generation commercial aircraft, especially A320/A330 family. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential to achieve operational goals.
