AIRCRAFT OVERHAUL & REPAIR SUPERVISOR

Summary You will serve as an Aircraft Overhaul & Repair Supervisor in the MRO Production Department, Production Lines Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER SOUTHWEST. Responsibilities You will assign work to artisans through subordinate leaders indicating methods and equipment to be used. You will track and monitor all work with in assigned areas, looking for cost overruns, inefficiency, incorrect workload standards, training, deficiencies, support deficiencies, etc. You will take steps to resolve problems by determining the cause, finding solutions and taking corrective action. You will observe work in progress to assure on time completion and verify the quality going into the product. You will maintain administrative records for employees to include time and attendance, man hours expended and labor attestations.
