Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Painter to join our aviation maintenance team. The successful candidate will prepare, paint, and finish aircraft seating components and related parts while meeting aviation quality standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare aircraft seats and components by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces
• Perform spray painting, decal application, and layout design work
• Mix and apply primers, topcoats, and specialty coatings according to manufacturer instructions
• Operate spray painting equipment to achieve a high-quality finish
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality and cosmetic standards
• Read and follow work orders, technical documents, safety data sheets, and procedures
