Airfreight Business Development Manager

Drive sustainable growth of the Airfreight portfolio across Southeast Asia by managing and expanding strategic customer accounts. The role focuses on strengthening customer partnerships, ensuring consistent operational excellence across multiple countries, and unlocking value through integrated, end-to-end logistics solutions.

• Sales Partnership & Customer Acquisition – Partner closely with Sales teams to co‑develop and win customers, actively supporting customer engagements, pitches, and solution design. Act as a client‑facing commercial expert, bringing Airfreight product knowledge into sales conversations to strengthen value propositions.
