Job Description
Responsibilities
- Support the leadership of the Airfreight Import Customer Service team
- Supervise and guide team members handling end-to-end import processes
- Oversee daily import operations including documentation, coordination with carriers, customs compliance, billing, and job closure
- Monitor service performance against SLAs and KPIs, escalating issues where necessary
- Handle complex customer escalations and operational challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Operations and Customs to ensure smooth shipment execution
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
- Supervisory or senior-level experience in airfreight import customer service or operations
