Airfreight Operations Executive

Key Responsibilities Booking and Scheduling:
Securing space with airlines or co-loaders and coordinating cargo pickup/delivery. Documentation:
Preparing and verifying Air Waybills (AWB), invoices, packing lists, and customs clearance documents. Customer Service:
Providing shipment updates, tracking, and resolving exceptions like delays or damages. Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to IATA, Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, and local security requirements. Coordination:
Working with truckers, ground handlers, and agents for smooth cargo handling. Billing:
Registering, checking, and processing supplier invoices and client billing. Requirements Experience:
1-3 years in air freight forwarding or logistics. Knowledge:
Understanding of Air Freight export/import processes and Incoterms. Skills:
High attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, proficiency in MS Office, and experience with cargo management systems.
