Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Check theassigned order according to latest passenger figures in all relevantdepartments
- Conduct allnecessary checks to determine missing items
- Completethe assigned order in accordance with operational times in place
- Co-ordinateloading teams on loading bay, on board the aircraft and on the apron
- Handoverchecked and loaded order to relevant cabin crew
- Liase withdispatch department with regards to last minute changes and actual arrival anddeparture times of aircrafts
- Ensure allsafety rules and regulations are adhering too by drivers 7 loaders of yourrespective team. Be safety vigilant
- Advisecabin crew on equipment, food, packing and loading instructions, product andservice changes
- Supportmanagement with regards to recording services rendered, alterations, customercomplaints and customer feedback when necessary.
