Airline Lounges Premium Service and Training Director

**Role Overview**

**Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges, North America** is seeking a **Service and Training Director of Premium Experiences** supporting our **portfolio of exclusive first-class lounges.**

**_This manager will be a hands-on leader, working during peak service hours and have the flexibility to travel (approximately 80%) across the country, as needed._**

As the **Service and Training Director** , you will be responsible for developing and facilitating hands on training for the Sodexo Live! Airport Lounges frontline and managers in premium lounges, as directed by the Vice President of Premium Services. Ideal candidates will be comfortable leading and working in service and possess exemplary experience in: operational and people development, developing training guidelines and implementation, creating and executing standard operating procedures, with a focus in luxury food and beverage in a restaurant, event space, or hotel operation.
